Supreme Court of Canada Rules Carbon Pricing Law Constitutional: Intervenors for rights of women and girls welcome the decision

Saskatchewan, Ontario and Alberta went to court over the Act arguing that it was unconstitutional because Ottawa was stepping into provincial jurisdiction.
